We offer Pipe Fittings i.e. ELBOWS (LR/SR), TEES (Equal & Unequal) REDUCERS (Conc./Ecc.), CAPS, Nipples and Couplings in Socket Welding / Butt Welding / Threaded, Unions, Elbowlets, Weldolets as per ANSI B 16.11, B 16.9. Pipe Fittings are offered in Carbon Steel to ASTM A 234 WPB, Alloy Steel to ASTM A 234 WP, Low Temperature Carbon Steel to ASTM A 420 WPL & Stainless Steel to ASTM 403 WP Grade.

Hygienic tube fittings include 90 deg bends to ISO or BS specifications, 45 deg bends, full or pulled tees, concentric or eccentric reducers, hose tails, seagull tees, swept tees, 'Y' tees. All available with any combination of end connections. Standard bends from 1" to 3" are normally supplied with a centreline radius of 1.1/2 x diameter, but 1D, 2D and 3D bends can be supplied and are ideal for use with jacketed pipework.
We manufacture in house a full range of swept tees, seagull tees, and Y pieces, which can be supplied plain ended or with various union ends.
Special leg lengths or bend radius can be accommodated.
Manufactured from stainless steel grades 304L or 316L, dull polished to 240 grit as standard. All welds are crack & crevice free.
